Shipping providers: we share your name and delivery address with our logistics partners to fulfil your order.
Analytics providers: Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics 4 process aggregate page view data on our behalf. Google Analytics sets cookies only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy. Order data is retained for a minimum of six years to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements. Contact form enquiries, newsletter sign ups, bespoke requests and trade account applications are deleted automatically after 12 months unless you request earlier deletion. Warranty registrations and reviews are kept for as long as the device could be covered and for six years after, to deal with any claim.
