Yes. The tier is based on the total number of devices in the basket, not per model. Three A8s and two A6s is five devices, which is the 8% tier. Accessories do not count toward the tier, but you can add them to the same order.
Yes, for any business order, including a single trial unit. Ask for a quote with what you need and your company billing and delivery addresses, and we will send a proforma invoice for bank transfer. We can also complete your supplier setup forms. If you buy regularly, apply for a trade account to order on invoice.
Yes. Order a single unit, by card or on a proforma invoice, and try it for up to 30 days as something you may send back: the 30-day returns policy needs it in its original condition and packaging with everything that came in the box, so keep the box and treat it gently, and unless it is faulty you pay the return carriage. If it is right, order the rest and the team discount is worked out on the devices in that order. Business fleets on a Total Care plan get a loan unit for trials as part of the plan; see the warranty page.
Yes. The same 12-month warranty and 30-day returns apply to every unit regardless of order size. Business fleets of five or more devices, on any model, can ask for a Total Care quote: a swap unit dispatched the same working day for claims accepted by 14:00. See the warranty page.
