Anything the standard range does not cover: devices pre-loaded with your apps and settings, your logo on the boot screen or casing, a particular mount or accessory bundle, mixed fleets delivered to several sites, or a spec the shop does not list. If you are not sure it is possible, ask.
It depends on the request. Software set-up and accessory bundles can often be done for a handful of devices. Anything that involves the hardware itself, such as branding, needs a larger run, and we will tell you the number up front.

Yes. Software set-up and accessories do not affect the warranty. If a request would change anything about the cover, we say so in the quote before you commit.
